Which metros and trades are available?
Kolvey tracks public permit sources across 30 U.S. and Canadian metros, including Austin, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City, Toronto, and Vancouver. Packs cover commercial cleaning, roofing, HVAC and mechanical, flooring and painting, electrical, and roll-off or construction waste. Availability depends on fresh, usable public permit data. Email hello@kolvey.com before buying if you want to confirm a metro and trade.
How recent are the permits?
Most packs focus on commercial permits issued within roughly the previous two to six weeks. We prioritize records with useful scope and timing signals instead of filling the file with old or irrelevant entries.
What arrives after checkout?
A source-linked CSV plus a concise one-page summary for the metro and trade you selected. The CSV includes project location, permit dates, scope, size or valuation when disclosed, contractor or applicant details from public sources, and a short qualification note.
What does an exclusive week mean?
We reserve the curated weekly pack for one metro and trade to one buyer for seven days. The underlying government records remain public, but Kolvey does not resell that same curated pack during the reservation.
Where do the contact details come from?
From government permit fields and publicly listed business pages. Availability varies by jurisdiction and record. We do not include private consumer data or promise a contact for every project.
